In consideration for FBE, Euribor ACI, the Euribor Panel Banks, the Euribor Steering Committee and Reuters supplying and co-coordinating the data from which FBE Information is complied, the Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that to the fullest extent permitted by law, neither FBE, nor Euribor ACI, nor the Euribor Panel Banks, nor the Euribor Steering Committee nor Reuters:

(1) accept any responsibility or liability for the frequency of provision and accuracy of the Euribor Index or any use made of the Euribor Index by Subscriber whether or not arising from the negligence of  for FBE, Euribor ACI, the Euribor Panel Banks, the Euribor Steering Committee or Reuters; or

(2) shall be liable for economic loss or any indirect or consequential loss or damage including, without limitation, loss of business or profits, as a consequence of any irregularity or inaccuracy.”
